How it works

WIRELESS SENSORS
We offer a wide range of wireless sensors that can detect various environmental conditions. These sensors are compact and battery-powered, making them easy to install without the need for extensive wiring.

GATEWAY
The sensors communicate wirelessly with a central device called a gateway. The gateway collects data from the sensors within its range and transmits this data to the online servers via an internet connection. The gateway acts as the bridge between the sensors and the cloud.

ONLINE MONITORING SOFTWARE
Once the data is transmitted to the servers, users can access it through the online monitoring software or mobile app. This software provides a user-friendly interface where users can view real-time data from their sensors, set up alerts and notifications, generate reports, and more.

Is there a yearly fee payable for the software?Our platform license cost is based on number of sensors, it is paid annually and it includes our support services.

What is the range for the wireless sensors?Our Wireless Sensor communication can reach 300m+ through walls non-line-of-sight.

How many wireless sensors can I have per gateway?Our Gateways support up to 100 wireless sensors. To expand a network beyond 100 sensors, simply add another wireless gateway to the network.

Can I receive a notification when the readings are out of range?Yes, you can receive email and SMS notifications directly from our server. Please discuss this with our sales team

Is there a mobile app available for my phone?Yes! There is a free mobile app available.

Is the data transmission secure?Our wireless products uses an Encrypted-RF bank-level security, featuring a 256-bit exchange to establish a globally unique key and an AES-128 CTR for all data messages. Security is maintained at all communication points from sensor to gateway, gateway to software, and back again.

What is the average lifespan of the batteries inside the sensors?The life span of the battery is dependent on several factors, including: How frequently does the sensor transmit data (Heartbeat) How far the sensor is from the wireless gateway The obstructions that can cause difficulty in sending data (farther distance and obstructions require that the radio operate at longer intervals to send and receive data) On average, the battery life is between 8-10 years.

Can the sensors be calibrated?Yes, our temperature and humidity sensors can be calibrated according to SANAS standards on an annual basis.
