Temperature.jpg

Wireless temperature sensors use a thermistor to accurately measure temperatures. These sensors are perfect for monitoring ambient temperatures around the sensors physical location. User customization allows you to set the frequency of readings and the ability to set thresholds for alerts via SMS text and/or email.

SANAS certification is available on leaded temperature sensors.

Wireless Temperature Sensor

Thermocouple.jpg

The Wireless Thermocouple Sensor is available with a hardwired thermocouple or K-type connector to support various thermocouple types and ranges. The hardwired thermocouple option measures temperatures up to 400°C. The K-type connector with Probe includes a needle probe that measures temperatures up to 400°C. The sensor is programmed to sleep for a user-given time interval (heartbeat) and then wakeup, send power to the thermocouple and wait for it to stabilize, and convert the analog data, mathematically compute the temperature and transmit the data to the gateway.

Water-Rope.jpg

The Wireless Water Rope Sensor detects conductive liquids anywhere along the length of the detection rope by using two wires covered with conducting polymer. When water or conductive liquid contacts the rope, the sensor will immediately turn on the RF radio and transmit the data to the wireless gateway and iMonnit Online Sensor Monitoring and Notification System, allowing the user to immediately receive an alert by SMS text, email or voice call. The sensor rope dries quickly allowing the sensor to reset for next use. The sensor comes with an initial 10 foot section of water detection rope and can be expanded up to 100 feet by simply clicking additional 10 foot sections of detection rope together.

AC-Current-Meter.jpg

Wireless AC Current Meters measure the RMS current of an alternating current (AC) system using a current transformer (CT) that wraps around the "hot" wire of a two wire (hot, common, ground(optional)) power system. The sensor reports Minimum RMS current, maximum RMS current, average RMS current, and amp hours to the iMonnit system. The iMonnit system is capable of generating watt hour or kilowatt hour readings as well.

The Voltage Detector - 50 VDC detects the presence or absence of electricity. It is intended for use on battery or other DC sources, up to 50 Volts. Not intended for use with AC Voltages. It is perfect for batteries, adapters, solar equipment, vehicles or machinery, and any other electrical appliance monitoring. The sensor triggers on voltage presence to voltage Absence and vice versa. The data is displayed as "Voltage Detected" or "No Voltage".

Wireless Voltage Detection

Resistance.jpg

The Wireless Resistance Sensor outputs the resistance across a load. It is programmed to sleep for a user-given time interval (heartbeat) and then wakeup, send power to the load resistor, wait for it to stabilize, and convert the analog data, mathematically compute the resistance and transmit the data to the gateway, where it is then logged into a cloud service. The user can configure defined thresholds and have the system alert on threshold breaches. Data is recorded in Ohms.

Wireless Resistance Sensors

Wireless 0-20mA current meters are capable of measuring the current off another device or sensor, up to 20mA (DC), by connecting the leads of the sensor to the positive and ground terminals of the device being measured. Examples of interfacing devices include, but are not limited to: Current transducers (CTs) with outputs up to 20 mA, pH sensor, dissolved oxygen sensor, pressure sensor, magnetic flow meters, velocity or acceleration sensors, industrial vibration sensors, industrial accelerometers, any kind of sensor that specifies the output is in (mA) within the range of 0 – 20.

Wireless mA Current Meters

Pulse-Counter.jpg

Wireless pulse counters can be integrated with up to four, dry contact or mechanical switch and closure devices to count the number of actuations occurring within a given time frame for each input.

ALTA-Air-Velocity-Icon.jpg

The wireless air speed sensor measures the pressure difference between two input ports, the temperature, and altitude determines the speed at which the air is moving in a system and transmits the measurement to iMonnit. The sensor measures the pressure difference between two ports. When viewing the sensor from the top, the right inlet port is the negative or low side pressure input. When the pressure on this port is greater than the left port the sensor produces a negative pressure reading. When the pressure is greater on the left port the sensor produces a positive pressure reading. Combined with the temperature and the altitude, the sensor determines at what rate the air is flowing in a system.

Wireless Air Velocity Sensor

Ultrasonic.jpg

The commercial ultrasonic sensors can be used in a variety of applications for measuring distances between the sensor and objects in its path. ALTA ultrasonic sensors are impervious to target surface and color, and feature auto-calibration algorithms which allow them to adapt to variable environmental conditions and compensate for temperature and humidity effects. The ultrasonic sensors can also be calibrated through the iMonnit software for greater accuracy in distance measurements.

ALTA-Three-Phase-Current-Meter.jpg

The Industrial Wireless Three Phase Current Meter (150 Amp) measures the RMS current of an alternating current (AC) system using 3 current transformers (CTs) that wrap around the wires of a three phase power system. The sensor reports Minimum RMS current, maximum RMS current, average RMS current, and duty cycle for each phase and the combined amp hours of all three phases to the iMonnit system. The iMonnit system is capable of generating watt hour or kilowatt hour readings as well based on a user specified RMS voltage.

Wireless Three Phase Current Sensors

ALTA-Air-Quality-PM25.jpg

The wireless PM2.5 sensor measures PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 concentrations in the air and transmits the measurement to iMonnit. The PM2.5 sensor works by turning on a small fan at the beginning of a measurement cycle to bring in a volume of ambient air and measuring the particulate matter (PM) content of that sample volume. The sensor measures PM content using a laser that scatters based on the number and size of particles suspended in the air. It is important to keep the inlet ports of the sensor clear to ensure proper readings.

Wireless Air Particulate Meter

Differential-Pressure.jpg

The wireless differential pressure sensor measures the pressure difference between two input ports and transmits the measurement to iMonnit. When viewing the sensor from the top, the right inlet port is the negative or low side pressure input. When the pressure on this port is greater than the left port the sensor produces a negative pressure reading. When the pressure is greater on the left port the sensor produces a positive pressure reading.
