Sensors or Devices
Sensors or devices collect data from their environment. This could be as simple as a temperature reading or digital input. Multiple sensors can be bundled together or sensors can be part of a device that does more than just sense things.
Connectivity
Next, that data is sent to the Cloud, but it needs a way to get there!
The sensors/devices connect to the cloud through the Sigfox network.
Data Processing
Once the data gets to the cloud, software performs some kind of processing on it. This could be very simple, such as checking that the temperature reading is within an acceptable range. Or it could also be very complex, such as using algorithms to calculate.
User Interface
Next, the information is made useful to the end-user in some way. This could be via an alert to the user (email, text, notification, etc). For example, a text alert when the temperature is too high in the company’s cold storage Also, a user might have an interface that allows them to proactively check in on the system.

Plug in the Gateway

Connect the Gateway to any power outlet using the provided power supply.
The Gateway is the hub that receives data from the sensors and sends it to the cloud.
Note: Only one Gateway is needed per location. The range from the sensor to the gateway can be up to 365 meters! -
Place Sensors in your fridge(s) or where required.
Batteries are already inserted in each sensor.
For Fridges: Place the sensor probe inside the fridge.
For Room Temperature: Place the sensor on a shelf or mount it on the wall with the supplied screws or double sided tape.
The sensors starts working immediately, sending data every 10 minutes.
